Driving Trend Terms & Conditions:

1. The lesson fee will be charged if an appointment is cancelled without a minimum of 48 hours notice.
2. To book or alter lessons please contact your instructor directly , they will be able to advise you of any available vacancies.
3. Always check dates with your instructor before booking your practical test. A minimum of 21 working days notice is normally required.
4. Please be aware that instructors have the right to withhold the use of their vehicle for tests.
5. Our office opening hours are normally from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm weekdays and 12:00 to 4:00 Saturdays. If we are unable to take your call or you are calling outside office hours please leave a message on the answer phone or preferably call your instructor directly to ensure urgent messages reach them.
6. Please note weekend lessons carry a supplement.
7. With any block booking discounts, pupils cannot have a reduced first lesson.
8. Any banking costs for returned or stopped cheques will be passed on to the pupil.
9. Driving Trend booking services cannot be held responsible for any loss fincially, personally or an injury due to vehicle failure. Commencing and continuing lessons is considered accepting these conditions.
10. Driving instructors are self employed and Driving Trend is a booking service introducing clients to instructors and the contract is between the pupil and instructor. Taking lessons is accepting these conditions.
